New laptop!

My Toshiba's working fine and dandy - and I feel as though the internet connection on my new one isn't as good as the Toshiba's LOL but whatever, it's all for universities and movies anyway!  I wrote more about this on the 2 previous posts - the "update" one!  I can't be bothered to write it all again, SIGH.  But thought I'd show you pictures (or well.. one):

The hand is to show just how tiny it is!  This was taking at the hospital as well, so please excuse the background!  Anyways, thanks to my stepdad for purchasing this for me! :)

I've been Bliss'd-out!

Hello fellow bloggers!  So as promised, I'm making a post - a little review, actually.

So, I was on the hunt for a good exfoliator+mask and tbh, I think I have already found it:

Fabulous Foaming Face Wash:

What Sephora says:

What it is:

A two-in-one rinse-off cleanser and exfoliator for all skin types.

What it is formulated to do:

Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash harnesses the power of botanical soothing technology and super-soft exfoliating beads to deliver a simply sensational skincare solution. This best-selling, oil-free purifier instantly dissolves excess oil and makeup, and lifts away dead cells, leaving skin clean, nourished, and fresh.
What else you need to know:

This versatile formula offers a non-stripping soft touch, and a light, fruity scent.

What I say:

Honestly, it ain't bad.  My skin is SUPER sensitive to scrub, and seeing as how this is a 2 in 1 product - I feel as though it is very gentle on my skin however I do not use it daily!  I use this about 1-2 x's a week.  This doesn't lather up so well though, and the exfoliating beads are not as hard so it really moves around smoothly on the skin while you're scrubing.  I think I find this amazing because I haven't broken out from this!  I do think this is gentle enough for everyday use but I'm already happy with my Clinique and Dior cleansers (yes, I use two!)  I don't think this works strong enough as a scrub alone - but it does give me that clean feel.  I can def. see myself repurchasing this though but there could be better.

Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask

What Sephora says:

What it is:

A frothy mask that releases oxygen into the skin, so your complexion is instantly brighter, fresher, and younger-looking.

What it is formulated to do:

Instantly delivers a shot of oxygen, a powerhouse form of vitamin C, time-released antioxidants, and a moisture fix, to spiff up your complexion when it's looking and feeling lackluster.

What else you need to know:

Inspired by Bliss Spa's most-famous facial, which gives skin the energy it needs for everyday metabolism, collagen synthesis, and detoxifying action.

What I say:

Out of the two, this is my favourite!  I have read reviews and I guess some were just good, and some were just bad.  I have dry-combo skin.  The only oily area I have on my face is around my nose which sux but anyways - I also have VERY dull skin!  Tired, dull, boring - you name it!  I found this to be the perfect boost!  It made my skin glow - literally.  I love the feeling.  The foaming sensation feels wonderful and when you let it set for a good 5 minutes and rinse off - skin feels good as new.  Best mask - hands down.

Download + Update!

A friend of mine has recently suggested a wonderful site to download a couple of TV series/movies/music videos for free.  Usually I always prefer to stream my shows instead of downloading them (just 'cause I don't want to risk having a virus taking over my lap top) but lately I've been a complete download freak!  I'm also super excited about GG and 90210 airing tomorrow and have already downloaded TVD Season 2 Episode 1!  I've got KUWTK S3 downloading as we speak, as well!  Ah, excited!

What are your favourite tv shows/movies?  I need a couple to keep me busy!

UPDATES:

Also, my (awesome) stepdad bought me a new laptop for uni!  I was on the hunt for a small/lightweight/cute laptop to use strictly for school - I already have a Toshiba that's been working just swell but thought I should invest in another one.  I'm lovin' it!  I guess I shall be posting pix soon but it's a cute pink LG one that fits right in my purse!  and its charger's so cute and tiny!  lovelovelove.

I will also be doing my reviews on two Bliss products that I've been using lately.  I would write one now, but my pictures are on my other laptop so I guess that will have to wait!

A September post is coming up v. soon as well which will include some fashion faves of mine that work well for the fall, some fall recipes I've been cookin', and also a few random posts here and there.

I'm also debating on whether I should do a "What's in your purse" post?  I've seen the videos on utube and have read a couple on Blogspot but maybe I should do one just for fun?  Or should I make a video and upload it on here?  Hmm...

I'm also on the hunt for a big clutch - all the handbags I carry are usually oversized (will post them later on as well!) and have been way to heavy for me to carry around everywhere.  My mother found a Jimmy Choo clutch she's been liking.  Not that I want it, but it gave me an idea - thank you, mama!  So I guess I'm on the hunt for that!

I'm also VERY relieved to know that more classes will be opening up soon later on this September which will give me time to sign/apply!  I checked in with my advisor and I'm honestly so happy to know that I'll be taking essential subjects this semester - w00 perhaps I might not need any summer courses?  That's if I don't fail a subject!

I'm also very aware that I haven't been posting much!  I've been very busy but now I feel as though I have a lot of time on my hands - I've recently been celebrating Eid, have been visiting a certain someone at the Hospital the past few weeks, and just haven't been in the mood to post.  I guess now, things are finally going well!  Probably will make a post or two tomorrow.

Rose flavoured cuppy cakes!

RESULT:

Now, I didn't follow the instructions exactly as how it was written because I did not have butter and self-rising flour.  I also didn't have caster sugar.   I ended up using veggie oil in replace of butter (except, you needed 1/2 cup of butter - I used 1/4 of oil), normal sugar instead of caster, and I added baking soda into my normal flour.  The result was nice, all that was needed to be in was rose water.  Once they were done, I also sprinkled more rose water on top of the cupcakes to give more rosey flavour.  Moist and delish!

OPI's Absolutely Alice replica.

I know I made a post just 5 minutes ago, saying how I'm going to mix in nail polishes to create the one stated on the title.

The two colours I've mixed in were:

Constance Carroll in 24 Electric Blue which was a REALLY dark navy blue colour.
&
Constance Carroll - not sure of the name but it was silver and glittery.

The result:

I can't use it on my nails as they're already painted so I have it swapped on a tissue, haha.

Absolutely Alice:

Anyways, it's not the exact same but it sure is close!  Any thoughts?

Also, how does everyone feel about Rose flavoured cupcakes?  Haven't baked in a while...

Nails and KFC.

I have been inspired by Lorraine to do my nails similar to hers after seeing them posted on her Youtube channel (or I think she made a post about it on her blog - not sure).  Anywyas, the results:

Please excuse the awful quality (taken from my webcam just now!) but yes.  Basically all nails (apart from the index finger) was painted pink and the index was silver.

For the pink I used OPI's Shorts Story and the silver was some random I've purchased a year ago in Paris.

I'm also thinking of mixing in a glitter silver with navy blue to create a replica of OPIs Absolutely Alice.  Will get back to you all on that soon :).

For the night, I've decided to lay off cooking.  I've been making midnight dishes for the past couple of days, but for the past two nights I've indulged myself with Chinese Take-out.  Mmm.  So instead, I'll be ordering in KFC and watch my shows that will soon start at 1 and 2 am.

I will also be doing a Fashion Inspiration post that will consist of many outfits etc that I'm hoping to work with/copy for the fall.

What a sad day; (Haul included).

I'm so upset to say that unfortunately I'm back.  We had to schedule our flights weeks earlier due to some problem.  I was just starting to get used to London, exploring the city and wondering around aimlessly.  Even flying back Business class did not make up for much.   Anyways, my mother came two days after my arrival and cheered me up with some goodies!  Still, I'd rather be sipping Early Grey and munching on scones w/ clotted cream & jam in London.  Sigh.

I think you have to purchase something from Clinique to recieve this gift.  Anyways, it's pretty much a make up bag, with two moisturizers, a 7 day week scrub, mascara and lipstick (in a shade which I most love)

This is a better close-up of the lipstick in Beauty.  Really pretty.  I'm always on the look for pink/red lipsticks that contain a nice beige tint.  I probably have many tubes of different lipstick that contain the same shades!

I was SO happy to see that my mother had purchased something from Benefit, especially after knowing it was Posie Tint!  I'm a fan of Benefit products, and my all-time favourite would have to be their High Beam highlighter which I have been neglecting lately :(.  Now, I don't wear as much make-up as I used to and I've definately stopped wearing foundation - not that there was a problem with the one I currently own.  I feel like Posie Tint would be the perfect thing to use everyday.  It's a cheek/lip stain which I think is perfect if I was on the go!  A good way to freshen up my face.

And last but not least, those are a few more products that I've purchased on my last week in London!  The Vaseline lip balm and Sudocream were just randoms that I was happy to buy, haha!  I heard good reviews on Sudocream being used on the face to clear things up, so I thought I'd give it a try.

The Kerastase shampoo could actually be found anywhere - and let me tell you.  It's AH-MAY-ZINGGG.  Their masks (which is the same colour of the packaging) is just as good too, except they were all sold out.  My hair is usually always frizzy and dry and this shampoo is just too good that I can actually skip out on conditioner!

TIGI Bedhead products have been something I've been looking for, for years!  I'm not kidding you.  It's been at least two years that I've been trying to find their products.  It's so hard to find them in France, and there's no sign of them here at home too (there was one shop that sold their products but then closed).  I'm so pleased with the After-Party.  There has never been a hair product that I've been 100% satisfied with, but this is it.  It's so light-weight so it doesn't greases and it makes your hair SO soft and shiny.  Healthy looking.  And let me tell you, with the amount of times I straighten my hair - it is NOT healthy.

From Paris to London; Haul.

It's been a while since I've blogged but so much has happened!  I came home on Sunday from Paris for a good 12 hours in which by then I had to leave for my next flight - London!  So tiring, but anyways I'm here for a good 1.5 months and straight after I should be starting university.
Anyways, I've only been to typical stores lately such as Boots, Lush etc. and today I had a wonderful lunch at Wagamama.

Anyways, a few of my recent purchases:

Grease Lightening spot treatment - I've been applying less make-up lately however I doubt that's why I've been getting a few spots, maybe it's because I've been over applying the previous spot treatment I've been using.  Anyways, hope this won't disappointment.

I got this pack as well (can't remember the name of it) however it contains: Honey, I washed the kids; Rockstar; I should coco.  I've tried only 2 out of the three (the first two that have been listed) but hopefully I'll love the last just as much!

My very first massage bar!  I lovelovelove the scent, probably my favourite smell out of the other massage bars at Lush and hopefully this won't disappoint me either.  I can't wait to try this!

So, I wasn't sure which shower gel to get so I decided to get two travel sized ones instead!  I have really dry skin, and I also don't drink enough water - as a matter of fact, I can go days w/out drinking bottled water.  I'm always drinking some kind of juice instead which would explain why I purshased from the Shea collection.  I'm not too keen on the Moringa though, but we'll see how that goes.

  • What are you favourite body products/shower gels?  I'm also looking for a good body scrub - any suggestions? :)

Now, let's put all that aside.  One of the many things I love about London... is TEA. And their TEA SHOPS.  Espcially... WHITTARD OF CHELSEA.  Oh my god.  My mother is very well known to be a tea-maniac but I think I just proved people wrong!  Like mother and daughter.
Anyways, I purchased 3 instant teas:  Cranberry & Raspberry, Mango & Passionfruit, Dreamtime.

  • Does anyone else love tea as much as I do?  What's your favourite kind?

Shopping Goodies!

Hello my lovelies.

So, for a while now I've been thinking of purchasing a new bag for the vacation.  A bag that's big enough with long straps to be used as a crossbody bag.  I've seen quite a few people wearing them and I thought that this should be easy to find but it wasn't!  I can't tell whether it's because I was just picky or that there wasn't enough options but I just wasn't able to find a bag like that for quite sometime.  Anyways, I've been browsing through Accessorize and there wasn't really much on the site that I liked when it came to bags (the crossbody section, anyway) however when I went into the store I've managed to find things that wasn't been able to be found online.  And subsequently, I've managed to find just one or two goodies (including the bag!):

I am so in love with the colour.  I had to take a picture of it outside so you would all be able to see the exact shade!  There were many bags that were either black or brown but yes, I thought this taupe-y coloured bag was just too pretty to resist.  Perfect to carry around during the holidays (I'm not too keen to bring my Prada just yet, which is why I've been wanting an alternative).

Hmm.  I'm not sure exactly why I bought this scarf.  I really liked the colours and patterns but I'm not yet sure what to wear it with.  It's not too long (which is a bummer) but not too short either but I'm not comfortable with the length just yet.  I have a feeling this would look good with a plain top.

Retail Therapy.

"Retail therapy is shopping with the primary purpose of improving the buyer's mood or disposition."

This was what I exactly did today.  And surprisingly, it works.  For a short period of time - so I suggest you purchase something you really want/need.  Anyways, having said that; I wasn't disappointed with my purchases!

Mac lipsticks in Hot Tahiti and Cindy Lauper's version as well.  Very pleased with both!

Yes, I got the same two shirts in the same two colours shown above.  I was looking for a red one but unfortunately all were sold out so I went for purple instead.

I'm really really not a fan of the packaging - usually I'd judge the fragrance by it's bottle and how it's designed (it sometimes says a lot about the scent but most times I can be wrong as well) anyways, I wasn't too sure if I would purchase this because at the time I did not know what it would of smelt like - I had to read many reviews before going to the actual shop to try it on.  Anyways, I really like the scent!  It gives off a sensual, mysterious feel and having said that it would be most appropriate to use during the evening however I wear my perfumes 24/7 (instead of being addicted to shoes, I'm addicted to perfume!) and have a feeling I'll be switching my regular perfumes to this.

And to bring my day to an end; I decided to go to Pomme de Pain

Shrimp Biryani, anyone?

At the moment, it is exactly 20:00 pm - and for dinner I've decided to make Shrimp Biryani.  There's nothing better but to have an eccentric meal throughout the streets of Paris.  Actually, I'm just messing with you - if I could, I'd be dining out at a Pizzeria, but sadly I'm not.  However!  This doesn't mean that my dinner was at all bad, infact it was quite good.  A bit spicy, but good.  I've always been a fan of Indian Cuisine and anything spicy (however, there are a few things I cannot handle).  Anyways, have a look at the final product (again, was taken from my Blackberry):

Normally, you would have rice however I don't like rice.  Anyways, I did however try to find a similar recipe HERE.

Spoil myself silly.

I am insanely happy.  Captivated by words, intoxicated by the scenery.  Un tarte de saison à Pomme de Pain for lunch, denim oversized blouse/dress paired off with Chloé's Darla leather tote, doodling recipes, and maybe just maybe... spoil myself with pure delights.

Summer Requirements:

Lolita.  Cupcake à la rose et coeur à la fraise.  Toycamera analogcolor.

Recent Purchases!

So, I've been skipping quite a few "30 days" posts, but that's only because I've been a little too busy.  I've decided that I will continue it however, it won't be day-to-day posts.

Anyways, aside from that!  I've been doing quite a bit of shopping the past few days, and have formed quite a relationship with Zara lately.  Anyways, unfortunately I won't be posting everything that I've purchased, however I ended up doing some shopping today as well (bare in mind that the quality of the pix are not as good as I was using my Blackberry):

Got these babies from Zara!  I promise you that the leather is actually black, and not blue!  I was so happy when I found them for half price, and luckily the last two pairs came in my size!

Mac 188 brush, SO'BiO étic exfoliating facial mask in Organic pink quava, L'Oreal Lash Boosting Serum.
Haven't tried any one of them yet - but will be reviewing them asap!  However, I read good reviews on the boosting serum and the 188 brush.

Too Faced Shadow Insurance Lockdown in Dramarama, Mac Blushcreme in LadyBlush.

So far, I've tried the eyeshadow and the blush.  The eyeshadow's lovely.  It was also on sale at Sephora and I was pretty happy to find that the shade was just exactly what I was looking for.  You see, I've been trying to search for the perfect eyeshadow that's creme-formulated and the only ones I could find at a reasonable price was Bourjois however even I thought their products were a bit over-priced and their colours weren't exactly my cuppa tea.  As soon as I found out about Too Faced's Lockdown - I was amazed to see that the price was actually cheaper than Bourjois's and the colour range wasn't as bad either.

As for the blush: Ah-may-zing!  I purchased the 188 brush so I could blend it in better as it was a hassle to use my fingers.  It brightens up my complexion (keep in mind that I have olive undertones) and gives the perfect glow.  I was looking for a creme blush anyway because I was hoping for a dewy look, also I prefer to go out with an "au naturel" look as it's summer.

Day Fifteen - SKIPPED.

Hello my lovelies!

Now, the reason why I've decided to skip this day's post is because I don't know a fanfic.  Don't follow any, either.  SO!  This will become one of my many random posts instead.  Enjoy :)

My summer so far has been filled with simplicity - or at least, I'd like to think so.  I've taken in small moments and have turned them into precious memories.  My day so far has been spoiled by the rain, however I'm not going to complain.  There's something so comforting about it.  It's the perfect excuse to go for a walk, or just cuddle in with a nice cup of tea.  Except this time, I didn't have tea.  No, this time I've found another comfort drink.  Strawberry Milk - homemade.

The recipe that I found was simple, and the results were delish:

1-2 cups of (I prefer skimmed) milk
A handful of strawberries.
1-3 tbsp of honey.

"Put milk, strawberries, and 1 Tbsp of honey into a blender. Blend until thoroughly smooth. Taste and add more honey if you wish your strawberry milk to be a little sweeter."

Enjoy!

Day Fourteen.

A non-fictional book:

I've borrowed it from my mom however I haven't got to reading it yet - will consider it in mid-Sept since I'm on vaca' until then! :)

Monday, July 19, 2010

Day Thirteen:

A fictional book:

Le petit prince.

Day Twelve.

Whatever tickles your fancy:

I'm not sure on what to post, so don't be surprised if this turns out random.

Now, seeing how it's summer - the idea of piling up my face with makeup is just unattractive.  Which is why I've only ever stuck to such few products which means that I haven't purchased much as well, sigh.  The only main products I do find myself using are:

  • concealer

  • creme-based blush

  • eyeliner

  • mascara
That would pretty much be it.  Usually, I'd say bronzer however ever since I got my MAC creme blush in LadyBlush - there was just no desire for it anymore.  I do, of course use it from time-to-time just not as much as before.

I have also taken up on a hobby: baking.  Now, if you know me personally already, you will know that I love to bake, however I haven't had the time to exactly cook anything this summer.  But I've been too tempted to make many fruit pies!  'Tis the season for them, you know.

Day Eleven.

A photo of you taken recently:

This is my absolute most recent one.  Quality isn't that good but what else do you expect to get out of a webcam?

Friday, July 16, 2010

Day Ten.

A photo of you taken over 10 years ago:

This was taken on my 1st Birthday (party) with my mother except I had to crop her out because I'm not sure if she would like her picture to be displayed over the interwebz.
Anyways, I always smile whenever I look at this picture!  And by judging the other puictures taken on that day, it seemed like my mother had planned an amazing party.  We had a puppetry show, party sparklers everywhere, and fountain cakes, etc.  There's even a picture of me trying to pull away the puppet off it's puppetry stage, haha!

What was your first Birthday Party like?  Comment away! x

Day Nine.

A photo that you took:

I took this sometime during December/January.  I was at the beach house, and it was about 4-5 am.  I love sunrises, don't you?  Also, the quality my not be so good but considering how I took it via BB I guess that will just have to do.

Wednesday, July 14, 2010

Day Eight.

A photo that makes you angry/sad:

This may be a bit hard to explain.  It may not look like a depressing photo, as a matter of fact to you it may just be blobs of colours dispersed everywhere.  This picture doesn't make me angry, just upset at times as it represents the ideal lifestyle I'd want to have.  I'm pretty sure you see these lights/colours during christmas perhaps?  Or at a club?  Maybe even inside a music store?  Or it could remind you of a certain person?  A guess in a way this picture may also motivate me.

Tuesday, July 13, 2010

Day Seven.

A photo that makes you happy:

Everything about this makes me happy.  The colours, the fact that it's taken at the beach, how it's completely isolated.  I'm just in love.

Day Five.

Your favourite quote:

"I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best."
- Marilyn Monroe

Yes, it's quite well-known.  As a matter of fact, I think I've chosen one that's become slightly unoriginal now, but whatever - to each their own, yeah?

Saturday, July 10, 2010

Day Four.

Your favourite book:

One of the most saddest stories I've ever read, however it was probably the best as well.  So intense, and raw.  I'm usually always the one for taboos, and this would be it.

Friday, July 9, 2010

Day Three.

Your favourite TV programme:

This was hard to choose, as I honestly can't stick to one!  However, I will say that at this moment it is GLEE - I've aready watched all of Gossip Girl, Weeds, Private Practice etc. and only one one episode left of GLEE.  Quite depressing, isn't it?

Thursday, July 8, 2010

Day Two.

Your favourite movie:

Gone With The Wind.  I think I've watched this movie at least a dozen times.  May be 4 hours long, but definately worth the watch.

Wednesday, July 7, 2010

Day One.

Your favourite song:

Wolf like me - TV On The Radio.

Honestly, I've been in love with this song for ages.  One of the very few that I haven't yet been sick of, and to be honest I think I've fallen in love with the video as well.

Mon petit bateau

  • leopard print.
  • ocean.
  • cinéma au clair de lune.
^^ This defines my summer.  Endless nights spent on the beach, waves empowering the ocean, and a nice coal box displayed right on top of the white sand, a time to let loose.  Leopard prints, red lips, and kinks all over; my retail therapy session for the summer.  As for the open air cinema; summer is usually the season for it all.  A time for festivals, lounges and parties.

Oh if only I was able to spend it all in Italia.  A wonderful road trip exploring all of Italy.  Don't get me wrong, my love for Paris is never-ending however I feel as though I need to do something different.  Something that will bookmark the season forever in my heart - to always look back to.

I've been inspired and moved by  Peter Fischli and David Weiss's work of art, however my heart will always remain with the works and wonders of Mark Ryden.

The song that sings my summer:  The night is still young - Sandra feat. Thomas Anders.

One commented saying her voice was "crystal clear" and his was "real velvet".   The perfect description.

Haul and review!

It's a shame that the weathers sad and gloomy; I had my whole day planned but unfortunately, summer rain had to spoil it all.  So, I decided to cheer myself up and purchased some make-up!  Now, I've been lusting over many products at Sephora, however this girl is saving up her mula for a new phone (yes, a new phone - sigh).  So I decided to go to Monoprix; which I'm guessing is the french-version of Target, Walmart, etc.

Now, lately I have quite an obsession with lipsticks and I told myself that I would stop but oh no!  That was complete BS.  I have however stopped purchasing eyeshadows (I have no desire on purchasing any crazy colours; just ones I use on a daily basis) and as for blushes, there's only one that I use and love (MAC Desert Rose) however I'm debating on whether or not I should get Benefits SugarBomb (I'm a sucker for their packaging and colours!).

But in the meantime!  Lets review some of my recent purchases! :)

Revlon Matte Lipstick in 002 Pink Pout:

I absolutely love this!  I have no idea why I purchased something nude-pink because I can't ever pull that look off!  Ever!  However, the colour was just too pretty, haha.  So, I decided to give it a shot.  Anyways, I love this!  I think the shade is perfect for my skin tone but of course with the right eye make-up as well.  I don't think I'll be considering anymore light pink shades though, but this is a keeper!

Bourjois Sweet Kiss in 43 Rose Pomponne

I normally don't like Bourjois products - their blushes make me break out and their foundation cakes up my face.  However, I do like their lipsticks (and liquid eyeshadows!).  The texture is so smooth and light and the shade is just beautiful.  A nice mauve pink - perfect for an everyday look!  I'm currently using Twig by Mac but I have a feeling I'll be switching it up with this!  Not a fan of the packaging thought but oh well.

I also ended up buying nail polish - I'm not able to find the right shade over the net however the brand is Debby and their nail polishes are amazing!  I love their quality and the consistency is amazing!  I might even consider ditching OPI's and going for this brand instead, mostly because when it comes to OPI nail polishes, the consistency is thick and I also have to have about 5 coats to get an even colour - I have no patience for that.  I might consider looking into their make-up range, but the prices are affordable however not much variety when it comes to their nail polish collection.  Sigh.

Lush!

Of all the years, summers and winters spent here in Paris - never once did I know that there was a Lush store nearby!  Well, not exactly nearby - about an hour away but still!  Anyways, I've decided to list just a few of my all-time favourite goodies.. sigh.  I'm thinking on heading back for some more.

  • A Ring of Roses:
I absolutely love this!  My skin is super duper dry (I've always had a bad habit on not moisturizing when I was younger) but this indeed keeps my skin nice and soft.  I'm also a sucker for anything floral, and I love anything rose-scented.  Sure it may not lather as much as many other soaps but bare in mind that this is Buttercream and not Buttersoap!

  • Honey, I washed the kids:
This scent is heavenly and I only wish the scent would linger on my skin all day long.  Now, I don't usually like any cake-smelling scents but this is an exception.  The scent is warm with hints of caramel some may find it sickening but I love it!  My one complaint is that it dries my skin.

  • Rock Star:
I love this with a passion!  Maybe even my most favourite out of the three soaps!  I can't describe this scent, most people say it's candy-like and I can kind of smell that but usually anything too sweet-smelling gets me feeling nauseous.  But yes, this just smells so so good.  If only there was a body spray; the scent doesn't stay on for too long!

Anyways, this is it for now!  More to come soon.

Fresh, brewed café noir tugs his instincts into sense as the rich aroma seduces his smelling structure. Waking his apperceptions, realizing that his duration has not yet come to an end and his era has not yet differed. He encircles around the surroundings, appreciating the illustrations drawn by the great artist. After all it was an authentic hand made china tea cup of which the Turkish coffee has been poured into -a cup design that was inspired by one of Qiu Ying’s paintings.

But then she comes along.

She twirls. Kinky curls prancing and hands dangling-alluring to what he has seen. And she looks at him. She stares at the artless soul who was ever so born with a naïve mind, nevertheless creative but with stubbornness that cannot be worn out. Her respect for him was strong-willed, stabled and reinforced.

He was the joker, and she was his muse.

Like two hearts colliding and wrapped in twine –never having the strength to let go. The warmth between them was the reason why there was incompleteness to their absence.
And her silhouette shone with beauty and vogue. Gorgeous. Simply gorgeous.

Enduring passion is disposed away, rapidly thrown delicately. Engaged in entirety they both have as it embraces their souls and youth. Electricity then secures as they both inhale their breaths. Realizing that clarity and the grandeur never lasts and what they both have felt was simply hypnotizing the human mind as they both age.
Splashing emotions have been poured down as it winds their minds into confession. They were so young, stubborn and rebellious but the words weren’t able to be exposed.
But there were consequences with every expedient. Originality will soon be taken away by every cliché that will have been said. And as the light slowly gets blown away, the two hearts will soon collapse. Nudity will be shown without any affection. Heartbreaking news will be said and before their minds and souls get into their own senses –it’s over.
He held her, as she saw his infatuation was bare for her. Thrill was the perfect word to describe it. No, scratch that –there was no word that was able to describe it. Surely it was thrilling but craving was included and so was comfort.

He looked into her eyes, but never seeking that natural color. But no matter how hard he looked, violet was the only color he received. Amazed that she was in no doubt a work of art filled with much management that will satisfy him.

He felt her breathing against his skin. Heat. She slowly tilted her head to his. Abruptly breathing, faster and harder as her body was slowly shaking she tightened her arms around his upper body, pulling in the sense of closure.

Firm yet sultry. Clinching to what’s between them. Carved in the core of their hearts. Adorn.
